Hi, I just read your essay from 2014 and found it incredibly interesting! I live in Toca/previously in Violet/grew up in Shell Beach and I had no clue about 1) the massacre and 2) where the heck the name Toca came from (besides the gas plant). Have you any more information about this Philippe Toca guy?
